2 Did Not Intend To Kill Philly Officer
Defense attorneys for two men charged in the slaying of a Philadelphia police officer after a bank robbery say their clients did not have the intent to commit murder.
The defense is wrapping up after more than four hours of arguments. Prosecutors are set to begin their closing later Friday.
Thirty-five-year-old Eric Floyd and 41-year-old Levon Warner could face the death penalty if convicted of first-degree murder in the May 3, 2008, death of Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski.
