Two Men Convicted of Philadelphia Officer’s Death
A jury has found two men guilty of first-degree murder in connection with the death of a Philadelphia police officer during a getaway from a bank robbery. Levon Warner, 41, and Eric Floyd, 35, were convicted of the murder of Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski even though neither of them pulled the trigger.
The man who did pull the trigger, Howard Cain, died that same day in a shootout with police.
